Suzanne
We had a lovely couple of days at the cottage. It was so cosy and very well maintained. The hot tub was amazing. Parking at the back of the house. Cafe just a few doors away and shop 2 minute walk. The owners were very friendly and there was everything we needed, even a bottle of wine. Thankyou xx
Lovely decorated cottage and very clean everything you would need was there very ... Lovely decorated cottage and very clean everything you would need was there very cozy close to amenities couldn't fault it and owners was there straight away to answer any questions
We absolutely loved our few days in Horseshoe Cottage. The cottage was really lovely. It had everything youd need. We wanted a relaxing few days where we did absolutely nothing apart from relax and unwind the cottage and the village were perfect for this. The log fire was so cosy and there were plenty of spare logs with an honesty box where you could simply leave money for any extras you needed. The hot tub was a real treat and we enjoyed some time in there each night. It really soothes aches and pains perfect. The village was friendly with a lovely coffee shop just a few doors down and a handy store. Plenty of local takeaways if you couldnt be bothered to cook. Lots to see or visit nearby but we just wanted a few days doing nothing so we made the most of lazy days. We took our two dogs and it was great for them too. A really lovely short break in a great cottage. Wed definitely visit again.

The cottage was beautiful, had everything you could possibly need, it was spotless and very welcoming. Will definitely be recommending it x
Lovely cottage to spend a few days in! The hot tub was an awesome little extra. And it was at the perfect temperature for when we arrived. The cottage was clean and tidy, and had everything we needed.
Our Horseshoe Cottage review: Absolutely lovely! Had a very relaxing stay at this beautiful cottage. The hot tub and private enclosed garden were a massive bonus. The owners were very friendly and quick to sort out a little problem that occurred. I would highly recommend a stay here and I will most likely return. Thank you Emma and Darren!

House was small but quaint although it was quite dark and it could use better lighting in the living room. Small fridgefreezer so pointless bringing your own frozen food as no room to store in the tiny freezer compartment. I didn't realise from reading the ad, but the house is actually on the main road so there can be noise from traffic and from people. Neighbour was quite noisy especially at weekend when they were working on their motorcycle revving the engine so sometimes made sitting outside a non starter. On plus side, the downstairs toiletbathroom was large and clean with a huge bath. The hot tub was great and big enough for two people comfortably. Private parking was a bonus. The village was very scenic and people friendly. Most people seem to have a dog so is very dog friendly. Nice walks with the dog and lots of rabbits everywhere. Close to a Budgens shop so recommend you don't bring a lot of food and buy what you need when you arrive. Overall a lovely village location but would have better if house had been in a quieter spot.

Thank you to the hosts for a perfect stay. We have stayed here a few times now. It's quaint and in a lovely part of the village...Perfect for four legged friends and excellent for walking the many Public Footpaths around the cottage and local area. This cottage is a perfect little get away. Clean, tidy everything you need and maintained to a very high standard. Thanks again Emma and Darren
We really enjoyed our stay at Horseshoe Cottage. The accommodation was perfect for our needs and South Cave is lovely. The welcome pack was a really nice thought and even included dog treats for our labrador. Would definitely recommend staying here.
