Welcome to East Paddock Cottage, a stunning detached stone cottage in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales. This beautifully converted Dales stone barn offers a perfect retreat for up to six people, with three inviting bedrooms and two modern bathrooms.

The cottage is ideal for families and friends looking to escape the hustle and bustle of daily life.

As you step inside, you'll find a spacious lounge with comfortable sofas and an open fire, perfect for cosy evenings. The kitchen/diner is well-equipped for all your culinary needs, and a farmhouse table provides a lovely spot for family meals.

Upstairs, a fantastic games room awaits, complete with a pool, air hockey, and table tennis table.

The cottage boasts three bedrooms, including a super-king zip-and-link, a king-size, and a double, all with stunning countryside views. The bathrooms feature a luxurious roll-top bath and a modern shower cubicle, ensuring a relaxing stay.

Outside, the south-facing garden with a patio area and hot tub offers a perfect spot to unwind while soaking up the spectacular Dales views.

East Paddock Cottage is ideally located for exploring the Yorkshire Dales. The charming villages of Aysgarth, Kettlewell, Buckden, and Grassington are all within 15 miles.

East Paddocks really is a lovely spot. The cottage's cosy beds and fully stocked kitchen made our stay comfortableand the hot tub overlooking the countryside was a real treat. It's perfectly situated for walking right from the door, plus a quick drive to Leyburn for great food stalls. The owner was so welcoming, we'll definitely come back!

We stayed in this lovely place right in the heart of the Yorkshire Dalesand it was just perfect! The house is super bright and airy, with stunning views from every window, especially from the patio. Having fibre WiFi was a real bonus for us. The bathrooms are modern and gorgeous, with a powerful shower and a lovely slipper bath for relaxing. The kids loved the games room instantly, which kept them entertained for ages. The sitting rooms felt really cosy, great for those rainy days. The beds were so comfy we didn't want to get up, but when we did, we had a fantastic time exploring Aysgarth Falls, The Forbidden Cornerand Lightwater Valley. Ended our days unwinding in the hot tub - such a great stay!

We stumbled upon this place and honestly, it turned out to be a real find. The weather was perfect during our stay, which made everything even better. Having the back patio was such a bonus - a proper sun trap with a hot tub and that incredible view. Watching the sunset from the front patio with a glass of wine was just lovely, a real highlight. We had an amazing time staying in this lovely house! The location is spot on, with plenty of scenic walks right from the door, leading to charming country pubs on both sides. The house itself was super comfy, spotlessand well kitted out - we felt right at home. The view from the patio kept us captivated, but we also enjoyed discovering the village's good place, a cosy little beer garden. The games room was a bonusand the hot tub was straightforward to use.
