Thomas
Absolutely loved the lodge. Great location and everything spotless regarding cleanliness.
Debbie
Inside the lodge was lovely, clean and fresh. Although mop needs replacing as rusty and broken Hot tub well maintained and very much enjoyed using this. However did notice this lodge from the outside wasnt as well maintained as the surrounding lodges. Decking very old and rotten in some places. In need of some repairs, particularly the spindles and deck area near the double doors. Spindles falling out and our dog got out on the first day of our stay. Would love to see all this repaired and freshened up to the standard of the surrounding lodges, we would definitely return and stay in this lodge then.
Great stay we will defiantly be back ! Not sure if the dishwasher didnt work or we just couldnt work it out .. think it may of needed salt ? Great time and our daughter loved her first trip the lakes !!

We had a great time, the property is lovely and setup beautifully for Christmas.
Our Fir Tree Lodge review: Lovely clean smelling property. It is my second time here. Catered for baby with travel cot and high chair. Nice bottle of prosecco on arrival lovely friendly touch. Only issue we had was the lighting getting down the steps in the dark with the pushchair. Maybe some stair light could be useful. Overall beutifull experience for me, my daughter and grandchild. Thank you
Had a fab time at Fir Tree Lodge on arrival lovely touch of a bottle of wine with 2 glasses x nice personal touch x loved where the lodge is located on the site x the hot tub didnt create bubbles but thats a luxury and not a necessity. I would not hesitate to recommend and or book this lodge again x thank you

Very nice lodge in the lovely Whitecross bay resort. But at 1400 a week , I was expecting the place to be a lot cleaner. The pots and pans and cutlery were not very clean. The decking was not very clean and could do with a good steam clean. Hot tub jets were not all working. Yes I would stay again but I suggest they can afford maybe 2 cleaners to give it a good clean between lets . I know there is not much time between people leaving 10.00am to new arrivals 16.00 but at 1400 a week to rent this place maybe clean it a lot better
Lovely lodge with great facilities. It is starting to look a bit tired and could do with a bit of TLC. Unable to get the ensuite shower above Luke warm. Cracked tiles on the bathroom floor, toilet flush button broken, toilet roll holder kept falling off the wall. Hot tub was great.lovely park
