Everything was perfect. The house is fabulous with amazing views. The beds were comfortable, showers were great. We found a bottle of wine, snacks and milk left for us which was a nice surprise. Hot tub was amazing too. A mirror in the downstairs and upstairs toilets would be nice but not a criticism, just a suggestion. A wonderful stay!

Wow wow wow . What a place , everything you need and more . House is fantastic and spotless clean . Hot tub a bonus . Weather and scenery couldnt ask for better it was fabulous. Great hospitality from Malcolm and his wife . Had fresh eggs from the farm one day . Delicious . My daughters booked again as has my sister and I will also be back . Thx again Lesley
Fantastic property! Everything was immaculate and was probably the best stocked rental we have stayed in in terms of kitchen equipment and utensils. Plenty of space and felt very cosy and homely. Would 100 stay here again. Only thing worth noting is that the property is on a working farm so you might be woken up by the sounds of dogs or cockerels so maybe bring ear plugs if you're a light sleeper!
Wow what a place. Absolutely beautiful. Finishing touches throughout the property are 1st class. We had a fabulous week the start of my 60th year celebrations and I will end the celebrations there this time next year The owners are friendly and welcoming Thank you
A really wonderful stayat Birkett Barn. It was perfect for our family group. Very well appointed and spotlessly clean. Fantastic dining kitchen, spacious and comfortable lounge. Great bedrooms and beds, all ensuite. Lovely hot tub with stunning views across the valley. We would love to stay again! Many thanks indeed..

This converted barn has to be one of, or if not, the best we have ever stayed in. It was spotlessly clean and had everything present we couldve asked for or needed. It is decorated to a high standard and even the bedding is of a high quality. The added extras like welcome basket and Christmas decorations really made it special. The view from outside the cottage is spectacular, the day we were leaving we woke up to a covering of snow! Wow. As the barn is accessed via a single track road we did worry we might struggle to get out due to the snow and 1 rear wheel drive car, however the owner made himself present and told us he had a 4x4 If needed. Luckily it was not, however the thoughtoffer was very much appreciated! The only negative we could think of would be that we didnt stay for long enough. Just means we will have to visit again now

Wow this place was fantastic. spotlessly clean and spacious. Never stayed in place where the kitchen was so well equipped. Amazing views and great walks from the house. On request the owners decorated the house for Christmas and they were lovely. Great space for a big family and a large hot tub too. Will have to come back next year
Such a lovely stay at Birkett Barn, even the weather was kind to us. The house has been done out to a very high standard and the owner were very welcoming. Lovely spot if you need peace and quiet. Thank you for allowing us to stay. Would highly recommend this beautiful home.
Christine
The house was beautiful and all our needs were catered for. The view from the house was absolutely stunning. We are a family of retired pensioners and we like to get together by hiring accommodation once a year in September and I was so pleased because I booked Birkett Barn and they were all really pleased with my choice.
