The enclosed decking houses furniture to encourage guests to dine alfresco in the sunshine, with a glass of their favourite beverage, before taking an indulgent dip in the hot tub. There is a bar on-site with variable opening times, as well as close-by walks through the local scenery.

Sherburn is a lovely countryside village with a convenience store for all of your essentials, and a local pub, The East Riding. From here, try out a game or two at Granton Golf Club, or take a scenic walk through the North Riding Forest Park, the North York Moors National Park, or the Hawardian Hills AONB, where there are sites to visit including North Yorkshire Moors Railway, Mallyan Spout Waterfall, Helmsley Castle, Rievaulx Abbey, and The Yorkshire Arboretum.

For a day spent beside the seaside, head over to the wonderful resort of Scarborough, where there is a lovely beach, loads of pubs, eateries, a museum, a gallery, and the fantastic Scarborough Castle, as well as walks along the Cleaveland Way, heading towards Hayburn Wyke Waterfall and beyond. Staithes, the historic town of Whitby with its abbey and Dracula Experience, and Robin Hood’s Bay are all well worth a visit, leaving you spoilt for choice with activities to fill your getaway.

We decided on a short 3 days stay and we were lucky enough to have the pleasure of staying here. The accommodation was perfect and had everything we would want. The hot tub was ideal and so clean. The location is ideal being so close to Dalby Forest and Scarborough. We all remarked how peaceful the site was too. We will definitely stay again. Thanks for an amazing stay.
Lovely lodge, spotless and clean, well enough equipped for our needs although if there were more than 2people i would expect more cooking facilities, one of the sockets in the main bedroom didnt work, i only discovered this when my watch ran out the following day after been plugged in overnight. We also kept tripping up over the raised section that seperates the kitchen living room.Hot tub was beaut we made the most of it during our stay although it would have been better if the fencing had some privacy... If anything to moan about would be is that there is absolutely nothing nearby, you do have to drive to get anywhere, the on site bar wasnt open during our stay...only for a few hours after we arrived as it was bank hol Monday. Overall we had a lovely break away but the majority of it was driving, which we should have looked into it more prior to booking so that was our fault.
Lovely lodge, very clean with nice decor. Hot tub is wonderful and relaxing. Nice added extras with essentials available like washing up liquid, dish cloth, tea towel, hand soap and toilet paper. Not a major issue but the plug in the double bedroom near the mirror doesnt work. Also the door hasnt got any curtains and with the glass being plain not obscured at night time there is no privacy. Overall we had a wonderful time and would definitely revisit.
