Indulge in a nice hot soak in the roll top bath after a long day touring this delightful region of Yorkshire. A set of well-presented bedrooms offer zip and link beds to suit your preferred choice of sleeping arrangements.

There is plenty of off-road parking at the front of the house, and a lovely enclosed garden at the side. Sit outside with views across to the moors while you sip a lovely glass of wine on a sunny afternoon, or relax in the hot tub after a long day of exploring the local area.

Ripponden is a delightful village steeped in history, with its Roman road and Neolithic and Bronze Age remains scattering the area. Rishworth Moor is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, and home to many rare animals, as well as the Cat Stones, a series of ancient round barrow burial sites.

This village is made up of traditional stone-built cottages, and a small high street with shops, cafes, and several excellent pubs serving food and real ale, all with the River Ryburn flowing gently through the centre. Nearby, Hedben Bridge is a diverse town with restaurants, bars, art galleries and the Rochdale Canal.

Absolutely beautiful location, perfect cottage. Just got back from the most restful few days with my husband, 2 kids, baby and my parents plus two dogs and the whole time was just bliss. So peaceful, hot tub well maintained, high quality finishes everywhere, the bedding was so soft and the smell when we first arrived was divine, made even more pleasant by a beautiful welcome package. Couldnt recommend more! 1010

Lovely cosy stay at the cottage. This was a well needed family break to celebrate my mums 60th birthday. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the cottage was cosy, with home comforts throughout. The fire and Christmas tree were a lovely touch to give the cottage a Christmassy vibe. Lots of space for 6 adults and a Labrador. Thank you for a lovely break.
We absolutely loved our stay, the cottage is so much more than we expected and in a great location! We booked it to avoid fireworks for our dog and it was the best spot to do so, couldnt hear a thing! Such a nice touch being left bread, butter, milk and even a bottle of Prosecco! Wouldnt hesitate to book here again, thoroughly enjoyed our stay and loads of gorgeous walks nearby!

Gorgeous cottage , amazing views . Just perfect.
Lovely cottage in a lovely location, Roomy, clean and comfortable with most things that you'd need though an iron and ironing board would be a helpful addition and bin bags for bathroom and bedroom bins. Lovely little secure garden with a delightful decked sitting area and hot tub with beautiful views although there is no direct access to it from the house, you have to come out of house and through a little side gate just makes life easier ,especially so if you wanted to let the dog come and go as they please. There are lots of walks on the doorstep and within easy driving distance, would definitely stay again.

Outstanding location to access walks, countryside and tourist destinations. Hospitality of owners and staying on a working farm with cattle, horses, goats, dog and welcome box, first class.
