We loved our stay here! Place was spotlessly clean. Kitchen was well kitted out with everything needed. Lovely touches like saltpepperteacoffeetoilet rollbody wash etc already stocked and the welcome hamper which included milk and a bottle of Prosecco was very thoughtful. Walks from the doorstep and too many to choose from only a short drive away so the location was fantastic and amazing to come back to the hot tub after a long day of walking. Owners are very attentive and communication was brilliant to ensure we enjoyed our stay. Things to note no dishwasher and hot tub is exactly that, not a jacuzzi, so no jetsbubbles. Didnt affect anything for us we loved it but some may want to be aware of that. We cant wait to come back. Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay at the rising sun! Stella was amazing and left a happy birthday balloon and bottle of prosecco too a very memorable stay for my 40th and we will never forget it!!! It was made very special for us and we were treated like royalty the best log cabin experience with hot tub! Truly an unforgettable stay. We didn't want to leave

Had a fantastic stay at the Rising Sun! Everything was to a high standard, clean and tidy. Warm when we arrived and hot tub was clean and ready to go. The host kept in touch with us throughout our stay, even topped up the logs when we needed and had the tub warm for when we returned from been out for the day. Location is spot on! Lots of lovely places to visit nearby and shops around the corner. Site was maintained to a high standard, easy to get to and very clear instructions on how to get there Couldn't have been more perfect! Will definitely book again!
