Stayed at Morgans barn with 3 friends and 2 dogs! Katy and Stuart couldnt have been more accommodating! Very friendly and helpful without being intrusive. Milk, Prosecco , Snacks and Homemade Shortbread waiting for us. In a lovely quiet location with woods either side to walk in with the dogs couldnt have been more perfect! 20 mins stroll into the village of Honley which is lovely. Would stay again and recommend to others! Thanks Katy and Stuart!

A very nicely presented property in a great, peaceful location. Easy access to local walks for the village, amenities & countryside right from the doorstep and only a short drive to the routes to explore further. A very friendly welcome and owners available if needed. The hot tub adds that bit of extra luxury relaxation. A great base for enjoying some of the areas cycling terrain.

We had a great 2 night stay, just what we needed for a relaxing break. Morgans Barn surpasses our expectations, beautiful property, excellently maintained and lovely hosts. We felt welcome, comfortable and will definitely return.

Perfect location, rural but also close to the town of Holmfirth Honley. Hosts are attentive, interesting to chat with but not intrusive. Morgans Barn has everything you need to make your stay enjoyable and relaxing.

My 2 cousins and I spent 3 nights at this beautiful accomodation. It was clean, comfortable with bright, open space. The barn feels secluded even though the owners were in the property next door. It was quiet with stunning views over the fields yet only a short drive into the lovely vllage of Honley. Katy, the owner, was there to greet us and had left us all the essentials as well as being kind enough to leave us some delicious home baking! There are a number of lovely spots to eat in Honley and we chose Savaro, The Lebanese Restuarant which gets 5 from us! All in I woud highly recommend Morgans Barn for a get away from it all. 5 Stars plus!

Absolutely beautiful property, everything you could need and the fizz and shortbread on arrival was so thoughtful and really appreciated. The Barn is situated really well for lovely walks into the woods and beyond and a stroll into town for restaurants and pubs. Could not fault Morgans Barn would recommend it to everyone I know. Absolutely fantastic holiday break! The location was breathtaking, offering stunning views in every direction. The owners were incredibly welcoming and friendly, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. They live on site but are respectful of your privacy. They also left a welcome gift of prosecco and home made shortbread. The cleanliness of the accommodation was impeccable, and the interior design was simply beautiful, adding to the overall charm of our stay. With plenty of room to relax and unwind, we found it to be the perfect retreat. Additionally, being close to the village and shops made it convenient for any necessities. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway. Oh, and did I mention the hot tub? It was not only clean but also incredibly relaxing, adding an extra layer of luxury to our stay. Can't wait to visit again!

This is a lovely property in a beautiful setting. Owners are v welcoming and on hand if you need anything but were very unobtrusive. Lovely accommodation that suited the needs of 3 couples perfectly. Nice open plan social layout upstairs and all 3 bedrooms good and equitable sizes. The hottub was fantastic and the whole area is quiet and relaxing. Short walk into Honely with a lovely meal at Punch Tapas. Lovely welcoming host, shortbread was fantastic!! Thank you for a wonderful weekend break.

Totally wonderful place to stay for a few days with our adult daughters so much laughter. The large open plan upstairs kitchensitting room made it so very social amazing views and a warming log fire just added to the delight. Great to have three bedrooms that could all be made up as very comfortable doubles and lovely warm bathrooms. Katy made us all very welcome her shortbread is legendary.

We had a lovely stay. An exceptionally clean and well maintained property with the benefits of a hot tub. Close to many walking routes and village nearby country roads sometime no footpath. Friendly owners and lovely arrival gift. Would recommend.

Katy looked after us so well both before and during our stay with gifts of homemade shortbread and fizz in this lovely barn. The accommodation was just perfect for us with the enjoyment of a hot tub too. The surrounding countryside is lovely with lots to do nearby although we enjoyed just chilling and watching the rain by the log burner.

We had. a beautiful stay at Morgans Barns. The accommodation is clean and cosy and has all the amenities that you will need.Lovely hot tub. Lovely, welcoming hosts. Great local area for walks and to go out and explore. This was the second time I have stayed here and it did not disappoint, would recommend to anyone.

Lovely cottage in a beautiful area. Comfy beds and well appointed although the hob was very difficult to use and a bigger decent frying pan would have been useful particularly for 5 of us, there was only one small frying pan. The upside down accommodation was good although the only exit to the yard for the dogs was through the bedroom. We had a lovely relaxing weekend with some lovely walks from the cottage. The owner left the most delicious home made shortbread and a bottle of fizz which was much appreciated. We stayed Friday to Monday and intended to use the hot tub on Monday morning before breakfast but it had already been emptied and was being cleaned by 8am, we were a bit disappointed by this as check out was 10am and the next guests wouldnt be checking in until 5pm so plenty of time to do this after we left. We did feel a bit rushed to leave because of this.

When we arrived the owners were there to welcome us and throughout the weekend they were there to help. The barn is an amazing renovation that has lovely features of old and new. The underfloor heating in the bedrooms is lovely and the bathrooms are gorgeous. The spot is so close to Honley but far enough away for a quiet night. Also so close to the woods for walks with the dogs

Wonderful property, great walks, many lovely places to eat. Hostess brilliant all our needs and wants were met. We did not want to leave. Highly recommend

Fantastic week at Morgans barn. Beautiful accommodation, clean and welcoming. Hosts very friendly and nothing too much trouble, homemade shortbread and bubbles on arrival a treat. Great location for getting around and our pooch Rocky had the best time on the lovely walks nearby. Would 100 reccomend .

A lovely relaxing stay at Morgans Barn. The property is very spacious and finished to a high standard. The outside space was private and peaceful, with the hot tub a very welcome addition. The owners were easy to communicate with and welcomed us on arrival and left us some Cava and delicious short bread. No complaints about anything! I just wish we could have stayed longer!
