Positioned between two historic Grade II-listed packhorse bridges, including one on Wainwright's Horseshoe walk, the estate is conveniently located off the A6, making it an ideal base for exploring the UNESCO World Heritage National Park.

Surrounded by hills, woodlands, and meadows, the estate is a sanctuary for wildlife. While some creatures are easily spotted, others, like deer, quietly roam at dusk.

The estate features four beautifully-crafted cottages, all built from traditional Lakeland stone with slate roofs, offering stunning garden views from every window. Riverside Cottage boasts four en-suite bedrooms, including one on the ground floor.

Butterfly Cottage has three bedrooms, with one en-suite on the ground floor and two upstairs. Tulip Cottage and Lily Cottage each provide a lovely one-bedroom option.

Together, the cottages accommodate up to 18 guests, making them perfect for both individual stays or group gatherings with family and friends. Low Jock Scar transforms with the seasons, each offering a unique charm.

In spring, daffodils dance along the riverbank as the sun streams through the bridges. Summer brings vibrant gardens filled with colourful flowers and lush greenery.
