The inviting sitting room is adorned with a Smart TV and an electric fire, perfect for those chilly evenings. Draw your attention to the room's unique stone-built wall, originally part of a safe used by the council in its previous life.

The kitchen is a well-equipped space where you can prepare delicious meals to be enjoyed at the dining table, awaiting dinner party natter and family bonding. Or if the weather permits, head outside to your own private garden, and indulge in a hearty meal under the parasol amidst views stretching to the nearby farm.

This spot is the ideal suntrap for watching the sunset, casting a warm glow as you dine alfresco. Afterward, immerse yourself in the inviting hot tub, letting the soothing bubbles and tranquil ambiance melt the stresses of the day.

When it's time to retire for the night, ascend the stairs to discover a light and airy haven, courtesy of the velux windows. Choose between two inviting bedrooms.

The first is a super-king-size room (which can be converted into a twin on request) and the second is a king-size room; both rooms are equipped with Smart TVs for those lazy mornings in bed. The bathroom, complete with a bath and a rainfall shower over, offers a sleek space to freshen up after a day of exploration.

We had a great week and explored some of the walks provided by the owners. The house is great and comfortable and has everything you need. The hot tub was a plus and we even made friends with Rosie the dog next door. Great little holiday and within walking distance of the pub. Lovely stay.

Well where do i start the cottage is absolutely stunning! ! We stayed for 2 nights and wish we had booked for longer. The cottage was very cosy and clean. The hot tub was all ready to get in when we arrived. I dont have one bad word to say about this place. The owner was great too and got intouch on arrival to see if we needed anything. Dont hesitate to book this place, just book it!!!
Angela
The house is tastefully designed, with everything you need. We loved our fresh flowers, jam tarts, bread and milk, and it's spotlessly clean. The owner has compiled a fantastic guide to local attractions, walks and places to eat, and we could take our dog to most of them, who also enjoyed her welcome treats ! There is a 'reactive dog' who resides on the left of the back garden, who will bark, but as we were out all day enjoying ourselves it was not an issue, and we soon realised that hot tub sessions were better in the evenings, when the pretty lights come on and fido was indoors...

Caroline
The cottage was absolutely stunning very high quality had everything you needed, extremely comfortable beds, the hot tub was an absolute bonus. The hosts go out of there way to make sure you have a fantastic time, Would definitely stay again
We absolutely adored our accommodation and location . The Court House is simply beautiful, spotlessly clean and immaculately decorated. There were so many thoughtful touches including some local jam tarts and freshly baked bread waiting for us on arrival. The hot tub was also spotless and is lovely and quiet without any intrusion to privacy. Beds very comfortable and bathroom perfect. I find it impossible to give any negative feedback whatsoever. My only helpful suggestion which more a practical one, would be for a water mat to be located at the back door for when moving in and out of the hot tub. Thanks again for our amazing stay and I highly recommend this location and property! We would definitely return.
Absolutely beautiful cottage with plenty of room for 4 1 dog. Really well equipped and lots of storage in the kitchen which is often lacking. Comfy beds, warm during out Winter stay and hot tub was amazing. Plenty of shops, walks and things to see nearby. Thank you!

One of our best hottub breaks to date. Set in a great area for walks , restaurants, pubs and sight seeing. The stay itself had everything you need, furnished beautifully, the hottub was great also. Our kids loved the little hide away play area in the bedroom with lots of lego and train tracks. Nicole herself was so helpful, great communication. Thankyou so much
